Farm Strong Program
Here's the plan and what we're doing. Everything you need to complete the program is here. We typically run 4-8 week cycles on our programs with a deload week at the end of said cycle.
Our program is a general strength and conditioning program. Ultimately what we're trying to accomplish is a good baseline of strength and overall conditioning. You'll notice that in the program we've got it broken down into strength work, conditioning work, and endurance work. Within the strength work you've got your base strength progression and then you'll also get a volume component for the day. Depending on your goals, you might or might not want to complete all aspects of the program. This is where individual programing and working directly with a coach comes in to play. We've got several options to get your squared away, so please don't hesitate to give us a call or e-mail about what is right for you.
Look, if you're wanting to get stronger and faster, follow our program. With the right diet and recovery practices, you can also add some good muscle mass as well. The results speak for themselves.
